For builders and tradespeople
Your rates, on real property packs
IRIS Reveal packs go out to estate agents, auction houses, buyers and investors looking at a refurbishment project. Set your rates once, and they turn into room-by-room cost estimates on packs covering your area, with a route for the buyer to ask you for a firm quote.
How it works
Three steps
Step 1. Set your rate card
Day rate, labour rate, and prices for the jobs you do, at up to three finish levels.
Step 2. Your rates estimate real packs
We use your rates to build the room-by-room refurb cost estimate shown on packs in your coverage area, always labelled as an estimate, never as your quote.
Step 3. Buyers ask you for a firm quote
A buyer who wants a firm number can ask for a quote visit. Their details come to you, with their consent.

This is what your rates would drive
Our Allington Avenue sample pack has a room-by-room costing page built from partner builder rates. Have a look, then set your own rates so packs in your area use yours instead.
Who sees your estimate
Estate agents, auction houses, buyers and investors
Every pack is built from one listing link. Buyers who want more than an estimate can ask for a quote visit from a builder covering that postcode, you included if your coverage matches.
Estate agents
Sending buyers a clearer picture of a refurbishment project.
Auction houses
Giving their whole bidder list a cost estimate before they bid.
Buyers and investors
Working out what a property would cost to bring up to scratch.
